Komunikimi me publikun dhe media, hartimi i raporteve dhe Administrimi i zyrës

Çfarë do të përmbajë programi i trajnimit?
Gjatë këtij trajnimi do të diskutohen këto tema:
- Rëndësinë e Komunikimit me Publikun në kushtet bashkëkohore dhe specifikat e komunikimit me publikun në Kosovë;
- Organizimin e zyrës për komunikim me publikun;
- Përpilimin e komunikatës për media dhe shpërndarja e saj: hartimi, korrigjimi, lejimi, lekturimi dhe përkthimi.
- Seleksionimin e mediave që do ta marrin komunikatën;
- Hartimin e fjalimit publik;
- Konferencën për media: arsyeja e organizimit-mos arsyeja e mosorganizimit dhe kushtet teknike;
- Studimin e specifikave të mediave me të cilat synohet komunikimi: Elektronike (TV, Radio, Internet), Mediat e shkruara (ditore, periodike, te specializuara); Intervistimi: përgatitja dhe përfitimi; Interpretimin e gjesteve gjatë intervistimit;
8.Menaxhimi i kohës, hartimi i raporteve, shkathtësitë e shkrimit, administrimi i punëve në zyre etj.
Gjithashtu gjatë trajnimit do të elaborohen me shembuj konkret situata të ndryshme dhe raste konkrete nga ekspertë të fushës dhe të njëjtat do të komentohen edhe në aspektin teorik edhe në ate praktik .
Kujt i dedikohet trajnimi i tillë?
Të gjithë zëdhënësve, zyrave per informim publik duke përfshire zyrtarët për informim publik, teknik dhe administrativ të institucioneve publike qendrore dhe lokale dhe të gjithë personave të cilët dëshirojnë që të rrisin aftësitë e tyre të komunikimit dhe ato që në një mënyrë apo tjetër kanë të bëjnë me informimin publik, mirëmbajtjen e mardhënieve me publikun dhe paraqitjen e tyre para publikut.
Sa është çmimi i pjesmarrjes në trajnim?
Çmimi i pjesmarrjes në trajnim për një person është 555 EURO.
Në koston e trajnimit përfshihet: transporti nga Prishtina për në Ohër dhe anasjelltas, akomodimi në Hotel në Ohër, mëngjesi, dreka dhe darka, materjali i trajnimit, trajnimi, certifikimi dhe vizita relevante në Shën Naum dhe Strugë sipas programit të qëndrimit në Ohër, Maqedoni.

Për të marrë pjesë në trajnim, për shkak të akomodimit në Ohër, Maqedoni, të gjithë të interesuarit janë të obliguar që rezervimin dhe nënshkrimin e kontratave të pjesmarrjes në trajnim ta bëjnë gjithsesi deri me 09/09/2019 në ora 12.00.
