Çfarë do të përmbajë programi i trajnimit?
Gjatë këtij trajnimi do të shtjellohet komplet procesi i menaxhimit të performancës, perfshirë këtu riorganizimin respektivisht reformimin e brendshëm institucional apo organizativ, vleresimin e performanc.ës, administrimi aktiv dhe zhvillimi i performancës në punë kundrejt përgjegjësive dhe objektivave të marra, ndërlidhja e performancës me rezultatet e arritura me anë të strategjive afatmesme të kompanisë dhe shërbimit ndaj klientëve , objektivat dhe realizimi i tyre, pengesat në mos realizimin me sukses etj.
Kujt i dedikohet trajnimi i tillë?
Të gjithë udhëheqësve, drejtorëve të përgjithshëm, kryeshefave ekzekutiv, drejtorëve të departamenteve / drejtorive të administratës, menaxherëve/zyrtarëve të personelit, drejtorëve të departamenteve specifike, udhëheqësve të divizioneve, sektoreve e njësive të ndryshme organizative dhe anëtarëve të bordeve mbykqyrëse apo menaxhuerve të ndërmarrjeve te ndryshme publike dhe lokale në Kosovë.
Sa është çmimi i pjesmarrjes në trajnim?
Çmimi i pjesmarrjes në trajnim për një person është 550 EUR.
Në koston e trajnimit përfshihet : transporti nga Prishtina për në Tiranë dhe anasjelltas, akomodimi në Hotel në Tiranë, mëngjesi, dreka dhe darka, materjali i trajnimit, trajnimi, certifikimi dhe vizita relevante sipas programit të qëndrimit në Shqipëri.

Për të marrë pjesë në trajnim, për shkak të rezervimit dhe akomodimit në Tiranë, Shqipëri të gjithë të
interesuarit janë të obliguar që rezervimin dhe nënshkrimin e kontratave të pjesmarrjes në trajnim ta bëjnë gjithsesi deri me 13/02/ 2020 në ora 12.00.
